Aiza Dela Rama Francia

Teacher, Psychologist, and Therapist in Dubai, U.A.E.

I’m an Early Years Educator and Inclusion professional, passionate about creating safe, welcoming, and inclusive environments where every child feels valued, understood, and empowered to thrive.

My work focuses on supporting children with additional needs through child-centred approaches, visual communication, personalised learning, positive behaviour interventions, and practical strategies that build independence, confidence, and meaningful participation.

I am also currently studying a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with the goal of pursuing counselling and developing my knowledge and skills in evidence-informed behavioural and therapeutic interventions. My long-term goal is to support not only children, but also the families around them by helping them access the guidance and understanding the support they need.

I hope to provide one-to-one mental health support and counselling in the future, helping individuals better understand themselves, discover their strengths, develop healthy coping strategies, and navigate difficult experiences with greater confidence. I believe effective intervention should not simply focus on challenges, it should help people recognise their abilities, build resilience, and find practical ways forward.

I’m passionate about bringing together inclusion, psychology, behaviour support, and family guidance to create meaningful, compassionate support that meets people where they are.

I believe meaningful change happens through collaboration. By working together, we can understand individual strengths, identify areas of need, and develop practical strategies that support growth, confidence, and independence.

For individuals and families, my goal is to explore the most appropriate approaches to executive functioning, emotional regulation, behaviour, and coping skills, including evidence-informed strategies drawn from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) where appropriate.

Reach out, let’s work collaboratively, and find an approach that helps you or your family move toward the best version of yourself.
