Hi, I’m Nur Aizati Athirah. I’m a lecturer in School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, USM Penang, Malaysia.

I am a registered pharmacist, graduated from USM Penang, and I obtained a masters degree in Clinical Pharmacy from USM Penang, and a PhD in the field of pharmacotherapy and pharmacogenetics from University of Groningen, the Netherlands.

My area of interest is clinical pharmacy and pharmacoepidemiology especially in the area of women health and reproductive health. I was also involved in studies in pharmacogenetics (e.g. in cardiovascular disease and ADR prevention) and implementation of pharmacogenetic testing in clinical practice.
