Currently, I head up the Options team @ SeedLegals with the task of increasing product revenue & identifying commercial opportunities.
I am responsible for the following areas: People, Product, Process & Partnerships
Every quarter there is 250-270K I am responsible for managing with 60% of that target my personal quota. Last quarter we finished on £252,529/£273,000 but this contributed to the best Q so far for the overall sales team (525,000)
Most recently I've grown product revenue 30% QoQ increasing conversion by 10%
Here are some of the things I have done:
✅ Managing IT projects valued up to £5.6 million, in one IT project contributed to the completion of the following targets: 15£m in cost-saving and £50m in cost reduction
✅ Hosted workshops and delivering Keynotes in the UK & Portugal on youth empowerment
✅ Managing & executed projects to promote youth engagement in local communities & diversity & inclusions
✅ Running £40,000 + marketing, social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation and creation, and implementation of schedules while successfully ran all campaigns at a profit margin of minimum 40%
✅ Achieved 116% of quota in Q1 contributing to 111% of target company revenue target, 36% quarter on quarter growth. 109% of quota in Q2 resulting in 39% month on month growth which led to Sales team hitting quarterly targets by 105% by leading the team on outbound activities
✅ Helped with customer journey management, including onboarding of new customers efficiently and effectively & mapping the customer journey and deliver on all stages to increase customer engagement which lead to an increase of conversion from 35% to 45%
✅Hired a team and created onboarding deck to train them, resulting in the highest revenue attributable to new joiners in company history
