I am a Research Fellow at the Boston Children's Hospital, Harvard Medical School. I completed PhD from Monash University (Australia) and IIT Bombay (India) and postdoc from Columbia University (New York, USA). My interests are in Transcriptional regulation, cancer biology, machine learning, systems biology, and cell culture.
I am currently working on identifying the mechanisms of cancer metastasis. Previously, I have worked on dynamic and stochastic modelling of regulatory networks; applied machine learning techniques to biological data to infer regulatory networks; aberrant regulatory interactions in fibrosis and cancer; and dynamical modelling of electrical systems.
