I am a Visiting Scientist at the Digital University Kerala, Trivandrum, India. I completed PhD from Monash University (Australia) and IIT Bombay (India). My Postdoc was from Columbia University (New York, USA) with Prof Andrea Califano (a pioneer in Systems Biology). Then I did a Research Fellowship from Boston Children's Hospital, Harvard Medical School, Boston, USA. My interests are in Transcriptional regulation, cancer biology, machine learning, systems biology, and cell culture.

I am currently working on identifying the mechanisms of cancer metastasis. Previously, I have worked on dynamic and stochastic modelling of regulatory networks; applied machine learning techniques to biological data to infer regulatory networks; aberrant regulatory interactions in fibrosis and cancer; and dynamical modelling of electrical systems.
