I am Dr. Ajay K. Sharma, a first-generation entrepreneur, creative-tech visionary, and education leader with over 26 years of experience in Animation, VFX, Game Design, Immersive Media, and AI-driven EdTech.
From starting my journey as a multimedia educator in 1998, to leading multiple successful startups and global partnerships today, I’ve always believed that technology and creativity together can redefine learning and storytelling.
As Founder & CEO of Morph Academy, I’ve built one of India’s most respected names in creative and skill education — integrating Animation, VFX, Filmmaking, Game Design, Beauty & Fashion, and Generative AI with real-world innovation.
Over the years, I’ve founded and scaled several successful brands including Morph EdTech, eMetaRise, Zuri Academy, BigBoxx Academy, bFashion Academy, Flyton, Boxfy, and more — all committed to preparing the next generation of creators and innovators for Industry 4.0 and the Metaverse era.

Started as a home-based computer and multimedia education initiative, later scaled to a 20+ member creative studio.

Successfully sold the brand to a US-based media company in 2006.
