A graduate of York University in Toronto and Red River College in Winnipeg, Ajay Singh has more than a decade of experience in real estate investment and mortgage brokerage. An active member of the Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals, Ajay Singh purchased and sold several Winnipeg properties before shifting his focus to financial analysis.
In 2020, Mr. Singh joined JP Morgan Chase Bank as a loan officer, originating loans in compliance with all federal regulations and upholding a commitment to outstanding customer service. Liaising with customers and mortgage brokers, he maintains accurate communication logs to ensure an optimal customer experience. Mr. Singh previously spent five years as a mortgage advisor with CIBC Bank, providing loan estimates, structuring loans, and generally staying abreast of trends in the local and national real estate markets.
Mr. Singh maintains membership in professional organizations including the National Association of Realtors and the Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors. Outside of work, Mr. Singh enjoys going to the gym, gardening, meditating, and watching movies.
