Hi, I’m Ajay Uniyal and I am from India.

I am an ambitious, hardworking and self-motivated individual, who is passionate about entrepreneurship, innovation and food.
I have completed BSc (Hons) Food Science and Technology from Nottingham Trent University and have done a year-long industrial placement in the Food and Drink Industry that has deepen my knowledge and experience.
Furthermore, I am adept at handling multiple tasks competently well under pressure and passionate about finishing them to a high standard.
