My obsession for soccer started with my uncle, who is a big Esteghlal fan in Tehran. Some of my earliest memories of soccer is waking up early due to the time difference to watch Esteghlal and also cheering on the Iranian National Team.

Over time, I developed my own passion and understanding of the sport which made me a Real Madrid fan. As a kid I would beg my parents to buy the La Liga package so that I could watch Ronaldo and I used to dream of travelling to Madrid to be at the Bernabeu during a Champions League night. I was able to study abroad in Madrid and that brought me closer to the club and city. I got to attend plenty of matches and better understand the city's culture. Madrid is now one of my favorite cities in the world and I still travel back often.

Along with soccer, I am also really into Formula 1. I love watching races from around the world and I even have a racing simulator in my room. Similarly to soccer, every aspect of F1 is entertaining to me, from the politics, finances, and behind the scenes drama. These two sports are constantly moving, and I love to follow even the smallest details associated with them.
