Ajeya Adhikari is a nationally respected youth leader, educator, humanitarian, Scout leader, and personal development pioneer from Nepal. Born on 17 November 1995 in Bhaktapur, he has dedicated his life to service, leadership, education, disaster response, and the empowerment of individuals and communities through Scouting, humanitarian action, and Dianetics.
He is Nepal’s first licensed Hubbard Dianetics Auditor (HDA) and currently serves as Executive Director of Dianetics Centre Nepal, leading nationwide initiatives focused on mental clarity, emotional well-being, leadership development, and resilience.
Raised in a middle-class family by Uddhav Prasad Adhikari and Shanta Adhikari, Ajeya grew up with strong values of integrity, compassion, and social responsibility. He completed his primary education at Prabhat English Secondary School, where his interests in writing, drama, and social engagement developed, followed by higher secondary education at Basu Higher Secondary School, where mentors shaped his understanding of leadership and society.
Scouting Leadership
Ajeya began his Scouting journey in 2005 at age eight with Serene Ken Scout Troop and became a regular member of Prabhat Scout Troop by age twelve. Advancing from Boy Scout to Rover Scout and Scout Master, he earned the Everest Badge, the highest rank in Nepal Scouts.

He has led 11 Scout troops and 2 Scout crews, mentoring 800+ youths. In 2022, he founded Karma Open Scout Crew, now one of Nepal’s most professional and impact-driven scout crews, integrating leadership and personal development.
In 2023, he completed the Assistant Leader Trainer Course at Bharat Scouts & Guides National Training Centre, Pachmarhi, India, and was appointed Assistant National Trainer in 2025, becoming one of the youngest in Nepal Scouts history.
Humanitarian & Disaster Response
During the 2015 Nepal Earthquake, Ajeya served as a Scout Master and Red Cross CADRE member, leading search and rescue, relief distribution, shelter construction, and rehabilitation. Alongside Nepal Scouts and Volunteer Ministers, he helped establish Temporary Learning Centers in districts including Sindhupalchok, Nuwakot, Dolakha, Okhaldhunga, Kavre, Jhapa, Dharan, Dhankuta, Biratnagar, and Bhaktapur.
Awards: Disaster Responder Award, Giraffe Hero Award, Youth Pearls Award.
In the 2017 nationwide floods, as Production Director – Nepal and leader of the Polaris Disaster Response Team, he coordinated health camps, emergency medical services, relief distribution, shelters, and volunteer training, reaching 40,000+ people over two months.
Volunteer Ministers & Education
Ajeya joined Scientology Volunteer Ministers in 2015, serving as Program In-Charge (Bhaktapur), District In-Charge, and Production Director – Nepal. He collaborated with 20+ colleges, NGOs, INGOs, and government bodies, including Nepal Scouts, Nepal Red Cross, All Hands and Hearts, Clean Up Nepal, and Dhurmus Suntali Foundation.
He led Study Technology campaigns in 400+ institutions, trained 2,000+ youths, organized leadership seminars, and served as organizational head during a transition period.
Dianetics & Mental Well-Being
Ajeya began his Dianetics journey in 2017 after studying Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health. Following intensive study and practice, a seminar by Ritta Nikama solidified his commitment.

Post-pandemic, he integrated Dianetics into Scouting, guiding 11 Scout troops and 40 active members through Karma Open Scout Crew.
International Recognition
Ajeya graduated as a Hubbard Dianetics Auditor in New Delhi, completed Dianetics & Co-Audit Delivery courses, and established Dianetics Centre Nepal.
On 14 December 2023, his story was showcased at the Shrine Auditorium, Los Angeles, before 7,000+ leaders and broadcast to 150+ countries, earning a standing ovation.
Education & Vision
He has completed extensive coursework in Dianetics and Scientology, including Science of Survival, Dianetics 55!, Creation of Human Ability, 8-80, 8-8008, Advanced Procedure & Axioms, and The Way to Happiness.
Vision: To empower youth and communities through leadership, humanitarian service, education, and mental well-being—building a stronger, conscious Nepal.
Personal Life & Timeline
Married Alisha Shilpakar Adhikari on 1 May 2019 in an inter-caste marriage. Father to Aanvi Adhikari (born 26 August 2022). Raised alongside sisters Sharmila and Lila Adhikari.
