Ajit is a multi-faceted individual who held CXO roles in Hospitality, Business Process Outsourcing, Media, and Manufacturing with a diverse range of experiences across several industries. His last assignment was with the Dalmia Bharat Group where he spent a decade as their Senior Executive Director & Group HR Head. Ajit, who chose to end his 26 yearlong corporate career to pursue his passion of storytelling, became a full-time writer with his six-part spy thriller series, The Panthers Ghosts.

Ajit grew up listening to stories of valour and patriotism of unknown & unsung heroes of the Indian Intelligence Department from his father, Arvind who was an Intelligence Officer himself. These stories fuelled Ajit's imagination and inspired him to bring their stories to life through his books.

‘The Panther’s Ghosts-The Beginning’ is the first of the series which has been published by Bloomsbury.

Apart from writing books, Ajit also creates content for his own film production House called ‘Anaaar Creations’ which will soon be launching movies and web series in the south film industry and in Bollywood. Ajit’s writing prowess has earned him the recognition of being named as one of the'Top 12 Most Inspiring Writers of 2023'by mid-day. He has been termed as a versatile writer in all four mainstream Indian newspapers, and his book has been featured in the'Top 15 Must Read Books Of 2023'by the Indian Express.

The Guardian featured him in the “Top 6 influential Personalities” who are making India proud and 94.3 Radio One hailed him as the'Hottest Literary Sensation of The Year'.Ajit has also featured in the “Top writer’s list -ANI World Book Day 2023”.

Apart from writing, Ajit who is extremely patriotic and calls himself a nationalist, provides aid to abandoned senior citizens and war widows through his charitable organization, Anugraha Foundation. Ajit has chosen to donate 100% of the sales proceeds of all his books to this foundation so that there is a regular supply of funds for the senior citizens and war widows .
