SR-7A Associate Section Adviser in Virginia, USA
Hey there! My name is AJ and I have the honor of serving as Associate Adviser for Section SR-7A of the Order of the Arrow.
I am an Eagle Scout from Norfolk, Virginia. I was recognized with membership in the Order of the Arrow, Scouting's National Honor Society, in May 2006. I am a member of Blue Heron Lodge, chartered to the Tidewater Council of the Boy Scouts of America.
I was recognized with the Vigil Honor, Founder’s Award, and Distinguished Service Award for my service to Scouting and the Order of the Arrow. As a youth, and prior to being appointed Associate Section Adviser, I served as the Section SR-7A Chief. Previously, I served two terms as the Blue Heron Lodge Chief.
Outside of the Order of the Arrow, I serve my local unit, Troop 375, where I was Scoutmaster from 2014 thru 2018.
I enjoy running, graphic design, local food, and keeping up with politics. Thanks to Scouting and my occupation, I have visited 20 different countries and 28 states. I am an Alumnus of Old Dominion University where I majored in Economics. Currently, I work as a Manager of Business Analytics for Norfolk Southern Corporation.
