The strategy exists. The capital may exist. The technology certainly exists. But somewhere between the PowerPoint and the room, conviction disappears.

That's usually where I come in.

Over the years, that has taken me through enterprise transformation, venture building, private capital, cross-border growth and now the increasingly human problem of AI adoption.

I've spoken and worked across 23+ countries and more than 270 public and executive engagements. Today, through AJ Minai International and the ventures and mandates around it, my work sits primarily across Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Europe.

I also write The Unwritten Minutes — about the things institutions understand privately, long before they become comfortable saying them publicly.
