I am a HSES, ESG and Sustainability Professional with 14 years of hands-on experience helping organizations protect people, strengthen operational performance, achieve regulatory compliance and advance their sustainability ambitions.
My career sits at the intersection of Health, Safety, Environment, Sustainability, Energy Transition and Project Management. I specialize in transforming HSES requirements into practical systems that work in the real world from risk identification and control to management systems, audits, training, contractor management, emergency preparedness, environmental performance and safety culture development.
I don't see HSE as a checklist or compliance exercise. I see it as a business-performance enabler.
