Since 2011, Ajoy Kapila has served as Senior Corporate Optimization Engineer at MillerCoors LLC in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. His responsibilities include managing packaging line performance and overseeing the safety of processes through best practices research. Additionally, Ajoy Kapila advises on new product rollouts, and he leads the training of brewery engineers.

Mr. Kapila previously fulfilled a managerial role at Polar-Tech Industries in Genoa, Illinois. During his tenure with the company, he improved the efficiency of operations in two manufacturing facilities by implementing new layouts and redesigning storage techniques. He also decreased the time spent producing the product by 10 minutes per batch.

In preparation for his career, Ajoy Kapila earned a bachelor of science in electrical engineering at the University of Evansville, as well as a master of science in the same field at Purdue University Calumet. He subsequently completed a master of science in management at Colorado Technical University, and he received Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the Chicago Deming Association.
