I am a teacher, translator, and tour guide at AJ Starr Translation currently living in Portsmouth, United Kingdom. I work part-time at the City of Portsmouth College and the University of Portsmouth. I do guided tours for Portsmouth City Council

Voluntary Roles:

I am chair of the Caen-Portsmouth-Duisburg Twinning Committee (Portsmouth European Cities Twinning Committee).

I am Lead Support for Shaping Portsmouth's Portsmouth Ambassadors Scheme.

I am a Chair of Governors for a local Primary School. I am on the board of governors for a local Secondary School.

I am IT support for The Portsmouth Society and a member of its committee.

My interests range from languages to language learning. I am also interested in language teaching, translation services, and translation.
