Through her impact coaching and training programs, individuals have achieved remarkable and exponential growth and milestones, from clarity of purpose to maximizing opportunities.

She is the Convener of the WOmanifest Conference, which has spanned from 2020 till date, a gathering where individuals especially women, are spurred for greatness and handed with the the focal lens for clarity in career, business and leadership.

With a continued progression in training by 2021 & 2022, giving first-hand headstart in Work-Life Balance, Challenging Limiting Beliefs, Personal and professional Leadership, Accessing Global Opportunities, Mental Health Awareness and Maximizing the Digital Economy for career and professional growth to hundreds of women.

Having worked for several private and public organizations, in December, 2022, she championed a street outreach feeding the poor and needy in Cross River State for the Art of Charity Global Iniitiative and a health awareness reachout for children & differently abled persons in hospitals as her Director of Programs.

In 2023, came a major hit with her maiden edition of the Womanifest Conference at the Senate Chambers of the University of Calabar, featuring the Vice-Chancellor; Professor Florence Banku Obi, distinguished Tech Founders and other renowned national and International industry professionals. Partnering with remarkable Tech organizations and founders including SheCodes Foundation & Nugi Technologies amongst others, with over 500 persons in training and 250 girls venturing into the Tech industry and learning skills at no cost.

Her drive for creating innovative solutions designed to drive personal and professional growth has put her in stages and panel sessions with other renowned speakers.
