'DeOmoluabi' is a born Humanitarian, a Community Developer and a Serial Volunteer. He is a Chartered Human Resources Professional, a Full Stack Social Media Manager, Talent Recruiter, Brand and Personality Developer, New Media & PR Manager, Data Analyst (InView), an Administrator, E-Marketing Consultant, Career Coach and General Counselor.

An Alumnus of the University of Ilorin (B.Sc. Industrial Relations and Personnel Management), and University of Lagos (M.Sc. Industrial Relations and Personnel Management), an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) and a Licensed Human Resource Professional. He is a Member of the Institute of Public Administration of Nigeria and has other Professional Certifications to his name including a Certificate in Human Resource Management and Customer Relationship Management from the Obafemi Awolowo University Consultancy Services Center.

He has worked with several individuals and brands over the last 5 years as a Social Media Director and Consultant across the Healthcare sector, Textile, Interior Designs, Logistics, Construction, Foods and Drinks, Agriculture, Educational and other industries. He's skilled in writing CV/Resumes, Business Plans, Proposals, Grants, Company HR Policies and Employee Handbooks. He is an Advocate for Peace, Good Governance and Youth Inclusiveness.

Qosim has few awards to his name for his various contributions but "men gives the award, and only God gives the reward". He loves reading, listening, impacting lives, volunteering, networking, exploring new opportunities and celebrating others.

He is a football fan, a lover of long tennis, and a young happily married man. He's currently open to work on full time HR roles, and freelance social media gigs, and others as stated above.
