Public-Sector Systems Leader | U.S. & Global | Healthcare, Climate & Service Delivery Infrastructure

I work at the intersection of health supply chains, climate resilience, and digital innovation.

As the former Managing Director of EHA Global Health Monitoring (formerly Parsyl), a social enterprise of eHealth Africa, I led efforts to expand end-to-end temperature monitoring and real-time data visibility across immunization programs, pharmaceutical delivery, and emergency response. Our work strengthened cold chain infrastructure in hard-to-reach and climate-stressed regions—bridging public health, climate adaptation, and technology to deliver impact where it’s needed most.

With over two decades of experience, I design and deliver user-centered, tech-enabled solutions that are adapted to local needs. My portfolio spans digital financial tools for women smallholder farmers, AI-assisted chatbots for maternal health and social protection, and integrated cold chain monitoring systems deployed at national scale. My commitment to rights-based development is grounded in deep fieldwork and long-standing advocacy for marginalized communities—especially adolescent girls and young women, men who have sex with men (MSM), and underserved rural populations.

As Chief Impact Officer at Living Goods, I led the organization’s innovation lab, oversaw its impact strategy, and built performance systems to guide product design and investment. This included applying health economics and operations research tools—such as the LiST model—to quantify QALYs and DALYs saved.

Prior roles include leading strategy at the USAID Global Development Lab (advancing digital health, mobile money interoperability, and gender-inclusive technology), scaling agtech platforms at Mercy Corps AgriFin, and launching transformative health programs at the Population Council—including Nigeria’s Men’s Health Network for MSM and Safe Spaces for married adolescent girls.

My work spans 15+ countries across Africa and is anchored in behavioral science, human-centered design, and a deep belief in local-led innovation.
