Akarsh Sinha, 28, from Ranchi. I completed my 12th in 2016, pursued a BBA in Finance at KIIT University, then earned an MBA in Marketing from IMI. I was always drawn to storytelling—vlogging during college—but like many from a middle-class background, I chose the secure route first.

In 2021, I joined ICICI Bank as Deputy Manager in Hyderabad, working with corporate clients. But my passion for content creation never faded. I saved up, left my job, and returned to Ranchi with a dream: to make Ranchi’s first-ever professionally shot web series.

That dream became Love Lane, a 5-episode series created with a team of passionate local subscribers. We had no industry experience, just belief and hustle. The series didn’t go viral, but it turned heads and proved that high-quality content could come from unexpected places.

That was the start. We went on to create Love Lane Season 2, Bounce Back, and Angreji Sapne (now listed on IMDb). These weren’t just videos—they were milestones. Offers from platforms like Jio Cinema and Hotstar followed, though some technical licensing hurdles held us back.

In the process, we registered Feelz Films Production House Pvt. Ltd., born from what was once just an Instagram page. Today, we’re a full-service content studio—16 people strong—with over 150 clients and a turnover nearing ₹1 crore. We create documentaries, corporate films, ads, and web series, working with NGOs, the Jharkhand government, and even international brands. 80% of our clients have stuck with us since day one.

We don’t follow corporate culture—we follow passion. Our team is young, driven, and collaborative. We’ve faced sleepless nights, money crunches, and uncertainty—but also applause, trust, and a growing creative community in Ranchi.
