Akash Kashyap is also an American trained attorney and has also developed a wealth of experience in intellectual property rights management, immigration law, cross-border transactions, trusts and estates, and civil litigation in the state of New York. He provides comprehensive non-litigation services in US and Indian law, as well as back end support for litigation in the State of New York.

Mr. Akash is a member of the New York State Bar, Washington D.C. State Bar, New Jersey State Bar, Bar Council of Delhi and Bar Council of India, in good standing. He has specialized in Media and Entertainment Law in his J.D. and specialized in Commercial and Business law in his LLM. He is also a member of the Delhi High Court Bar Association, qualified to practice in the High Court of Delhi, and is a certified Commercial Mediator.
