Akbar is a trustworthy tourguide and rickshaw driver who can show you around in the busy walled old town of New Delhi. Take an hour or two and he will show you the main streets, a historical temple, the mosque, a wonderful tea shop, a rooftop view, hidden treasures in narrow lanes, and an established local kashmir shawl seller, or any other point of your interest.

Akbar does tours for tourists, expats and diplomats and he will show you some of the many compliments people from all over the world texted him. The Australian High Commissioner used Akbar's rikshaw service to explore the old town of New Delhi. And Akbar is proud to have appeared in the local newspaper.

Please call him a day in advance to make an appointment. If you come by metro the easiest meeting point is Chandni Chowk Metro Station. He will tell you exactly at what exit he will wait for you.
