I'm a seasoned Agile Coach with over a decade of hands-on experience helping teams move faster, communicate better, and actually enjoy the way they work. I've coached teams across some of the largest organizations in manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, and B2B - and I'm currently embedded at one of the world's largest financial institutions doing exactly that.
My path here wasn't a straight line. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Madison with a double major in Political Science and Languages & Cultures of Asia, plus minors in Religious Studies and South Asian Studies. After stints in retail and banking management, I landed in project management at a moment when the industry was mid-pivot from waterfall to Agile. I read the room, earned my Scrum Master, SAFe, and Agile Facilitator certifications, and never looked back.
Outside of my day job, I run an online coaching practice dedicated to one specific group: aspiring Scrum Masters who are serious about breaking into the field. I prepare them for interviews with the kind of depth that only comes from someone who has actually sat in those rooms - coaching behavioral question frameworks, Agile terminology, and the unwritten rules that separate good answers from great ones. I also help clients sharpen their resumes and cover letters so their materials match the level of the roles they're going after.
If you're trying to land your first Scrum Master role - or level up to the next one - this is where you start.
