Hello out there and welcome to my About Me page. This year, I wrote and published my first novella, The Cost of Baggage. Since I was a kid, I have wanted to write novels and finally decided it was time to make my dreams a reality.

I got a couple of degrees in healthcare from Morris Brown College in Atlanta, Georgia and Texas Woman’s University in Houston, Texas. I worked in the healthcare field for a few years, and some would even call me successful at it. But writing has always tugged at my heart. So, I buckled down and started drafting The Cost of Baggage.

I hope you enjoy reading my first book, as much as I enjoyed writing it! The book is due out in early 2015.
