Dr. Ali Khazaeizadeh, M.D. is a board-certified internist, physician entrepreneur, author, educator, and healthcare innovator whose career has been defined by one central pursuit: reimagining how we understand, protect, and extend human health.

With more than 20 years of experience spanning clinical medicine, medical education, entrepreneurship, and healthcare technology, Dr. Khazaeizadeh has built his career at the intersection of medicine, technology, and longevity.

He completed his Internal Medicine residency training at Yale–New Haven Hospitals and later served as volunteer clinical faculty at the University of California, Irvine School of Medicine. His passion for medical education began early in his career, including his work as an editor and contributor to the internationally recognized First Aid for the USMLE series.

His philosophy has remained remarkably simple:

“It is easier to invent the future of healthcare than to predict it.”

That philosophy continues to shape his work today.

Rather than waiting for disease to appear, Dr. Khazaeizadeh believes the future of medicine lies in understanding the individual long before illness develops—using advanced biomarkers, metabolic data, continuous monitoring, emerging therapeutics, and intelligent technology to create a deeper and more dynamic picture of human health.

He is the founder of Vital Primary Care in Orange County, California, where his clinical practice brings together functional medicine, preventive medicine, metabolic health, and longevity with a highly personalized approach to patient care.

Dr. Khazaeizadeh is also Co-Founder and Medical Director of Regulate.Care, a physician-led platform exploring the next generation of metabolic optimization and longevity medicine, including continuous glucose monitoring, weight management, precision health strategies, and emerging peptide therapies.

He is also Co-Founder and Chief Medical Officer of My Marathon Life, a longevity and preventive-health platform built around the idea that health should be measured as a journey—not as a single annual snapshot. Through comprehensive biomarker testing, advanced laboratory analysis, and longitudinal health tracking, My Marathon Life is designed to help individuals understand where their health stands today and how it is changing over time.

Today, Dr. Khazaeizadeh's work sits at the convergence of longevity and functional medicine, metabolic health, advanced biomarkers, continuous glucose monitoring, peptide science, artificial intelligence, and personalized preventive care.

His vision extends beyond simply helping people live longer.

It is about helping people live healthier, perform better, understand their bodies more deeply, and preserve vitality for as many years as possible.

For Dr. Khazaeizadeh, the future of medicine is not simply about treating disease.

It is about designing health.
