I’m Akhilesh Verma (Akhil), Founder & CEO of Akoode Technologies, a global software and AI company helping businesses and entrepreneurs turn ideas into technology-driven businesses.

I’m a technology entrepreneur, business strategist, and product-focused leader with a strong interest in the intersection of technology, artificial intelligence, entrepreneurship, and business growth. Over the years, my work has involved working closely with founders, startups, SMEs, and organisations to understand their business challenges and build practical technology solutions that can create long-term value.

My philosophy is simple: technology is valuable when it solves a real problem. I believe great products are created by combining a deep understanding of people and businesses with the right technology, thoughtful product strategy, and strong execution. Whether it is software, AI, automation, or a new digital product, my focus is always on creating solutions that are useful, scalable, and capable of making a measurable difference.

A significant part of my work is helping entrepreneurs move from an idea to a real, functioning business. Many founders have great ideas but need the right technology, product direction, team, and execution strategy to bring those ideas to life. I enjoy being part of that journey understanding the vision, challenging assumptions, identifying opportunities, and helping build the technology required to turn that vision into reality.

As a CEO, I’m equally focused on people and technology. Building the right team and creating an environment where people can do their best work is as important to me as building great products.
