During his Study at Afzal public school system & Gov Degree collage athmuqam in neelum

valley azad kashmir, he organized & established the College’s first disciplinary board and

served as its Head from 2008 to 2010. During his time at the College, he was also elected as

the President for Students Society that gave him the opportunity to spearhead the student’s

union.

Having strong ties with Imran Khan, and other PTI Leadership his same mission influenced

Akhlaq decision to establish Insaf Students Federation in November 2011, a student wing of

Pakistan Tehreek-e- Insaf (Movement For Justice), with energized, young students from all 10

district of azad Kashmir to synergize the efforts of Imran Khan to reform the Pakistani and

Kashmiri society based on the principles of social, legal and economic justice. His key role in

ISF was co-authoring ISF’s constitution; helping establishing PTI’s presence on social media;

and expanding the wing’s membership all across the AJK state, especially Neelum valley,

Muzaffarabad

He was elected as the President of the ISF District Neelum2011, 2012 & 2013 respectively and

was appointed as Regional Head for PTI Social Media Team and Member of PTI azad Kashmir

in 2014 subsequently. He organized & planned national general election campaign for youth &

students encouraging voters to vote for change & trained students & youngsters as a national

trainer to Tabdeeli Razakar Program...

Prior to the General Elections 2013, Akhlaq actively took part in running an election campaign to

convince young voters of his area to vote,For positive change in socity .
