Akinade Ayomide Solomon, fondly known as Coach Orender, is a visionary leader, nurse, and serial entrepreneur with a passion for driving transformation across healthcare, leadership, and business.

Born and raised in Ibadan, Oyo state, Nigeria, Akinade Ayomide Solomon discovered his passion for leadership and entrepreneurship at a young age. He pursued his education at College of Nursing Sciences(CON), Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospital (OAUTH), Ile-Ife, Osun State, where he excelled both academically and in extracurricular activities.

He is the Founder and President of NursePreneur Institute (NPI) — a groundbreaking platform dedicated to empowering nurses and young professionals with the knowledge, resources, and strategies needed for financial growth, business development, and leadership advancement. Under his leadership, NPI has evolved into a hub of innovation with subsidiaries such as NPI LaunchPad, NPI VisioStudio, and NPI MarketGenius, each designed to ignite growth and excellence in its focus area.

Akinade Solomon also serves as the National President of the National Association of Nigerian Student Nurses and Midwives (NANSNM) — the apex body representing all nursing students across Nigeria. His leadership journey has been one of consistent growth and impact: from Class Representative, to Students’ Union Government (SUG) President, to Osun State President, then Zonal Executive (Southwest Zone), and then National President — a remarkable trajectory that reflects his commitment, influence, and deep passion for service.

He is also a Board of Trustees Member and Program Manager at NurseQuest Nigeria, where he plays a strategic role in fostering nursing excellence, leading high-impact national projects such as the Nigeria Nursing Students Olympiads (NNSO) — a ₦13 million national competition designed to celebrate brilliance, innovation, and academic excellence in nursing.

Beyond leadership, Akinade Solomon is a skilled digital creator and entrepreneur, known for his mastery in graphic design, branding, marketing strategy, and content creation. He is the creative force behind multiple ventures including Orender Digitals, TelecomVista, and Brainwave Academy, which have empowered countless individuals to monetize their skills and build sustainable brands.
