Akki Patel is a successful entrepreneur who began his journey at the age of 20 after working in venture capital. Over the past two decades, he has achieved consistent and impressive growth for his company in Northern California and Nevada by expanding to include multiple lines of business. Starting with just one restaurant, Patel has expanded to operate several franchise restaurants and has signed master development agreements with national chains, opening and operating over 300 restaurants and managing more than 850. Currently, he and his team manage more than 20 franchise restaurants in multiple regions of the country. His master development agreements were a direct recognition of his business achievements and ability to profitably operate multiple restaurants at once. Patel comes from a family with a proud history of business innovation, with more than 50 years of experience in India where their developments were considered pioneering. He gives back by serving on the boards of several businesses and offering his expertise to nonprofits. He holds a degree in accounting from the University of San Diego.
