Akpevwe Emmanuella Benson is a Nigeria-based Doctor of Pharmacy and Public Health Researcher with over five years of experience in community pharmacy and field engagement. She currently serves as an Intern Pharmacist at New Concept Pharmaceuticals in Lagos, where she manages patient care and medication therapy for over 50 patients daily. Beyond the pharmacy counter, Emmanuella is a published researcher with 54 citations, focusing on the intersection of healthcare and Human-Centred Design (HCD) to solve local health challenges.

She has a proven track record of leading impactful community initiatives, including securing second place and an ₦800,000 grant in the 4GW-IREACH Design 4 Health Designathon for her work on HPV self-collection uptake. Her expertise spans Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) advocacy, HIV/AIDS research, and the integration of digital health tools into pharmacy practice.
