I worked as Journalist with BBC.

I devoted the whole of 2013, monitoring Afghanistan, its local media, drawing news and insights from its social-media landscape, and wrote about 2014 Afghan polls, Foreign troops withdrawal,Taliban and much more.

Year 2014, I broadened my profile to whole of Asia-Pacific monitoring, with particular focus on Afghanistan, Pakistan, India and larger sub-continent. I am a specialist in hunting social-media for breaking news, identifying political influncers and analyse trends developing across regions.

I have worked as a News Presenter and Correspondent with India's public broadcaster DD News.

My other short stints in TV News inlcude NDTV 24/7 and South Asia International News.

I have done "Save girl child' campiagning for Amnesty International, and lead young teams on volunteering and youth leadership camps in rural India, with a very awesome organizations like Pravah, VSO- Voluntary Services Oversseas and British Council.

I grew up in Kashmir.

The favourite locations I have worked from are Tashkent, Samarkand, Dubai, London and Tilonia.
