Ashley Kretzschmer

Hi, I'm Ashley! As Director of Career Services at Baker University, I support students in our career services center through résumé reviews, cover letter critiques, workshop presentations, mock interviews, career counseling, and by administering career assessments.

I guide students through the process of choosing a major/career path, setting up a LinkedIn profile, finding a job or internship, using Handshake, and taking the first steps toward career development. Ask me about our networking opportunities and career events!

I am also involved in the Kansas Association of Colleges and Employers (KACE), and hold certifications through the National Career Development Association (NCDA) as a Career Counselor (CCC) and the Professional Association of Résumé Writers and Career Coaches (PARW/CC) as a Professional Résumé Writer (CPRW). With a background in mental health counseling, I am also a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Kansas.

I love working in higher education, supporting the arts, and writing.
