Hi, I’m Natalia. I’m a finance & operational excellence leader with more than 11 years of international experience inspired by the power of changes to transform the business into impact-driven.

I also serve as Diversity Ambassador and Sustainability Champion and actively support companies in transforming into a role model for sustainability by acting as a multiplier and thus informing and educating about sustainability, socially responsible development and impact activities, its progress, and achievements.

I'm a Guest Lecturer at the School of Education (Finance), U Business (Unit Economy), Kids University (Economics), and the Women in Mining project (Finance).
