I'm Akshat, a clinical philosopher & personal development coach from a small hill station in North India (Kullu, Himachal Pradesh).
Currently living in the city of Bengaluru, I am building Noosphere One, a small online startup offering professional counselling and other online services related to community mental health and executive coaching.
A lifelong learner and passionate researcher, I'm also training part-time as an Executive Coach through the MGSCC program.

As a mental health advocate, I believe in a holistic & philosophical approach to well-being. My personal journey — experiencing and managing a mood disorder diagnosed in my early 20s — has shaped my understanding of suffering, recovery, and personal growth.
In addition to my passion for research and philosophy, I enjoy making music and writing in my spare time.
