I am a stand up comedian. I started performing in April 2012 and quickly made the semi-finals of So You Think You're Funny 2012 followed by the semi-finals of Laughing Horse 2013. After a break from competitions in 2014, I made the BBC New Comedy Award 2015 finals.

I perform at comedy clubs and private events around the UK.

Would you like me to perform at your club or event? Catch me at one of my shows and see if I can make you laugh:

I am also a communications and engagement professional. I compose and/or deliver communications strategies, plans and projects for a range of organisations and businesses in the public and private sector.

I am normally the link between design, press, delivery and/or project teams. I like to make sure everyone is on the same page.

I help organisations realise their objectives by communicating them in a way that engages their target audiences.

If you care about your stakeholders, I can manage them too.

Need to undertake a research exercise? I can undertake internal/external research and consultation projects. Use me to get the insights you need to inform your decisions.

Oh, I train as well. I am an experienced facilitator and trainer. I can deliver sessions ranging from public speaking to the delivery of practical training you might need before rolling out new processes, systems or ways of working.

Here are some of the fields I have delivered projects in over the years:

Statutory and non-statutory planning consultations (including Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects - NSIPs)

Behaviour change

Community consultation

Change management

Internal communications

External communications

Research and insight

Stakeholder Management

Events management
