Alaa Jaber
Self-Employed Businessman in St. Louis, Missouri
I’m Alaa Jaber, a Missouri-based, self-employed businessman with a strong interest in entrepreneurship, personal growth, and building a career on my own terms.
I’m originally from New Jersey, where I grew up as one of six siblings, and I later attended Hudson County Community College. Those experiences helped shape my approach to work and life. I value independence, personal responsibility, adaptability, and being willing to learn as circumstances change.
Working for myself has taught me that business rarely follows a perfect plan. There are unexpected challenges, difficult decisions, and opportunities that require you to act without having every answer. I believe in preparing as much as possible, staying flexible, and focusing on meaningful progress rather than simply staying busy.
I also believe there is no single definition of professional success. For me, building a career is about continuing to learn, making thoughtful decisions, and creating a path that fits your own goals and priorities.
Outside of work, I’m a sports fan and enjoy following football, baseball, and basketball. I appreciate the competition, preparation, strategy, and constant adjustments that make each sport interesting.
