He currently serves as the VP, Head of Digital Transformation & PMO Division at GB Capital Holding for Financial Investments.
Professional Career:
• Held numerous leadership positions in major banks, Telecommunication companies and financial institutions, including the Commercial International Bank (CIB), AlexBank, Ahli United Bank Egypt, etisalat e& and HSBC GSC.
• Played a pivotal role in establishing and developing the “Digital Finance and Fintech” department at Etisalat Misr e& in 2021, leading digital transformation initiative, digital bank through main mobile application, consumer finance products with market players and creating innovative financial services.
• Established the Digital Transformation and PMO division at GB Capital for Financial Investments and working on a full roadmap and digital strategy for all subsidiaries (Drive Finance, Forsa BNPL, GB Lease and Factoring, GB Auto Rental, Kredit for SMEs, etc.)
• Instructor and Professional Trainer for Digital Transformation, Innovation, Channels, Banking Products, Consumer Finance and more with several entities like LIBF, EBI, Beacon, Wellgrow and Baker Tilly.
Political and Community Service:
• Contested Egypt’s parliamentary elections in 2020 as an independent candidate, securing over 6,000 votes—a testament to his influence and strong connection to his electoral district.
• Egypt’s parliamentary elections in 2025 The National List for Egypt.
• Provided numerous services and initiatives to the residents of Basateen and Dar El-Salam districts.
Digital Transformation and Education:
• A recognized leader in digital transformation and fintech, regularly participating as a keynote speaker and trainer in industry events and conferences.
• Holds a B.Sc degree in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence from Cairo University, providing a solid academic foundation in technology and information systems.
