I grew up in Fayetteville and have called southern West Virginia my home for most of my life. I now live in Montgomery, West Virginia with my husband, Aaron and our cat, Lucy. I work as an Admissions Counselor at my alma mater, WVU Tech, where I where I received my B.S. in Business Management, and I’m currently enrolled in the Integrated Marketing Communications graduate program at WVU.

I love West Virginia! That’s why I’m so excited about iheartmywv.com because it’s an opportunity for us to share inspirational stories about amazing projects that are happening around our state. Our mission is to boost morale and share positive message about the people working hard to make this a great place to live. We also hope to inspire others to lend a hand in their own way. We know that there’s a lot of things that need to happen, but changing the attitude of our readers into a more productive and positive manner is a great way to start.
