Al Ainsworth

Hi, my name is Al Ainsworth, and I am compelled to write and to make an impact on the world around me. After a career in teaching and coaching and eight additional years as a small groups pastor, I now write and speak full time. I write regularly on my site, Values Storying with Al Ainsworth.

My platform is built around the term values storying, which I define as "the passing down of values from one generation to the next through the stories we tell...and re-tell. This certainly applies to families but also to schools, teams, churches, businesses, non-profits, and so forth. I write and speak and am also gearing up for a podcast that will launch in August 2015.

I have written two books and have several more in the pipeline. LInes in the Gravel and Stories from the Roller Coaster are both available in paperback and e-book formats and are available on Amazon. Just click the links above!

I am also the color commentor for the Lewisburg High School baseball internet broadcast. I'm an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan. I also like the Packers and the Grizzlies to round out the favorite teams. More than any other those, I love Jesus and my family.
