Healthcare Administration: Managed HR operations for a 350-bed tertiary care hospital, ensuring regulatory compliance and implementing Lean principles to drive operational excellence. Reviewed and aligned operational planning and implementation processes to comply with JCI International Accreditation and NABH requirements across multiple departments.

HR Leadership: Oversaw HR functions for over 600 physician residents and fellows at Baylor College of Medicine, focusing on talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and staff development.
