Rev. Alan Marshall II

Alan Marshall is it the founder and managing partner of Upward Solutions, a consulting firm specializing in diversity hiring, and compliance management for minority contractors. Alan has lead teams to secure a multi million dollar tax abatement, and design a socially and economically disadvantaged business set aside in Middletown CT. In his tenure as a consultant Alan has worked on projects that have provided a total economic impact of over $1.5 billion and secured $1M for minority contractors.

Alan is also a skilled public speaker who communicates biblical teachings both nationally and internationally. Alan was enrolled at Middlesex Institute of Theology and Technology as an undergrad and received a Diploma in Biblical Studies in 2015 . From there Alan was licensed as a Youth Minister at Shiloh Christian Church www.Shiloh-Christian.com in Middletown, Connecticut. In 2018, Alan began to work at Intervarsity Christian Fellowship and is currently a Campus Staff Minister at Wesleyan University. It is not an understatement to say that Alan loves to volunteer leading and assisting in any capacity of ministry. Alan has served as the Director of Communications on the Board of Directors at Connecticut Christian Academy, Vice President of Noble and Unique Generation, a Youth Leader at Shiloh Christian Church and multiple missions internationally.
