I was was born in Casa Piedra, Texas in 1961 (July 2nd), the first son of Rolf and Ada Nafzger.

I have a BA from Midwestern State University in History and Political Science.

I have a M.A. from Texas State University in San Marcos Texas.

My Ph.D. is from University College Dublin, Ireland's largest and one of Europe's leading research-intensive universities.

My area of expertise is Leninism and the Russian Revolution. As well as, Leninist propaganda and street art.

All four of my great-grand parents immigrated from Switzerland and they were one of the first swiss immigrants to Texas.
