I'm a recruiter - have been since around 1990. I used to be an IBM sales guy, and I still remember a lot of the good stuff I learned from them and use it in my current role. We recruit people for the advertising and communications business, but only brilliant people. Because brilliant people aren't brilliant everywhere, this is a tough ask, but somehow we manage to get it right most of the time.
