I'm 24 years old, 5"7 and I'm tired of being the 'fat friend'.

I want to be a healthier person, I want to feel like a healthier person. I want to be able to run about in a field without feeling like I'm going to die. I want to look forward to going clothes shopping. I want to be happy with myself.

And I'm getting there.
