Alan Franko

I am a Montreal born musician and composer. I have been writing songs since I was 12. In both English and French. Music has always been a passion for me even if I earned my living as an HR professional and executive.

I like acoustic songs as well as rock songs. I played several years in a rock & roll band performing songs mainly from the 50’s, 60’s and 70’ for charities or small audiences of all kind. However, being on stage is not my prime interest. My preference is to get the interest of singers/performers/artists in my songs.

I like to write about love from various perspectives and about what’s going on in the world. My music is often emotional even if I like to venture towards pop music once in a while as well as experimental stuff. My vision is really to reach the people through my lyrics and the melodies and mood I create.
