Alan Kamis has embraced a series of executive positions throughout his tenured career. He served as Chief Operating Officer, R&D, and Vice President, Engineering Delivery at NextGen Healthcare; Director, Government Services PMO at CVS/Caremark; and, Vice President, Portfolio Management, Planning and PMO at The TriZetto Group. Earlier roles include Project Management Consultant, PMO at Agere Systems, and Director, PMO and Shared Services at CNET Networks. Prior to his corporate career, Alan learned the practical benefits of valuing outcomes over activities as a Paramedic in University and Community Health Systems.
Alan transitioned his career to Information Technology focusing on project management, building PMOs, organizational change, and cultural transformation.
Alan is a trusted partner to the C-Suite and collaborates with global thought leaders in business and technology. He enjoys mentoring future professionals across every level, many who have developed into executives.
As a sought after speaker, Alan has presented at Project World, The Global PMO Summit, and Catalyzing the Future, a global event involving world-wide thought leaders exploring the human condition as it relates to corporate anti-fragility. Alan prides himself on being a servant leader and masterful facilitator, delivering programs and projects of the highest quality across the US, India, Eastern Europe, and the UK.

Alan holds a MBA and MS from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business, and a BA in Economics from Brandeis University.
