Alan Kamis is a seasoned executive leader whose career spans multiple industries and a wide range of transformative leadership roles. He currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at CodeMax, bringing decades of experience in operational excellence, organizational transformation, and strategic delivery.

Prior to joining CodeMax, Alan held several senior leadership roles at NextGen Healthcare, including R&D COO, and Vice President of Engineering Delivery. His earlier experience includes Director of Government Services PMO at CVS/Caremark, Vice President of Portfolio Management, Planning and PMO at The TriZetto Group, Project Management Consultant for Agere Systems, and Director of PMO and Shared Services at CNET Networks.

Alan began his professional journey as a Paramedic in University of Pittsburgh Medical Systems, where he learned to prioritize outcomes over activities—an ethos that continues to guide his leadership philosophy.

Transitioning into Information Technology, Alan built his career leading complex programs, developing PMOs, and driving organizational and cultural change. He is recognized as a trusted advisor to executive teams and a collaborator with global thought leaders in business and technology. A committed mentor, he has guided professionals at all stages of their careers, many of whom have advanced into senior leadership roles.

A sought-after speaker, Alan has presented at Project World, The Global PMO Summit, and Catalyzing the Future, a global forum exploring corporate anti-fragility and the human condition. Known for his servant-leadership approach and exceptional facilitation skills, he has successfully delivered programs and initiatives across the US, India, Eastern Europe, and the UK.
