Armed with the richest available consumer data in Canada, I develop the most relevant and timely marketing campaigns today. As the GM, Digital at AIMIA, I’m responsible for product development, innovation, customer experience mapping, interaction design all while “delivering the brand” on our client’s behalf. Oversee large (and remote) teams to deliver innovative and strategy-driven user/customer/member experiences across all platforms. Ability to steer concurrent teams through varying stages of the development process to bring advanced digital thinking to Rexall, Aeroplan, Husky, MLSE, Mazda, Tylenol US, Toyota Canada and Grand Marnier (North America).
