I brought a Business Administration degree in Human Resource Management along with 29 years of experience to help grow Air Source to be a trusted HVAC company with an outstanding 5-star reputation. Business Administration (SBA) Emerging Leaders Streetwise MBA class of 2019 where I gained strategic knowledge to help my business experience a 30% revenue growth for the year. I have a passion to help those who need help and I am thrilled my company has been able to install new air conditioners, fix old equipment and install furnaces for customers who medically and financially cannot afford it. I have been married to my best friend and partner in business for 37 years. I love spending time with my family and especially with my 8 grandchildren. I am blessed to sing praises to the Lord on the worship team at Pathway Church. My best advice to other business leaders is - Don’t try to doeverything for your business.
