Alan Naul

Executive Alan Naul currently serves as president of The Javelin Group in Dallas, Texas. He founded the firm in 2003 as an investment vehicle that focuses on healthcare real estate for the senior population. With the firm, he seeks out strategic investments in both companies and properties. The company has managed more than $100 million in equity commitments through involvement in a senior housing program that manages over $400 million in total project costs. Alan Naul’s firm also provides advisory and development services while partnering with superior operators with a proven track record.

Prior to launching The Javelin Group, Alan Naul functioned as managing director for the Hampstead Group, a real estate and corporate investment firm. He maintained responsibility for the conceptualization of acquisition strategies and asset management for investments within the healthcare and hospitality fields. Among other things, he worked directly on the acquisition and renovation of two major hospitality lodges, Bristol Hotels & Resorts and Wyndham Hotels.

The executive holds a bachelor of business administration from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University in Texas.
