Throughout my career, I've worked in both the financial services and technology sectors across the United States. Today, I lead hiring initiatives roles within my organization across North America while supporting client needs around the globe.

I believe that recruiting is more than just filling open positions. It's about building relationships, understanding needs, and finding the right fit for both candidates and organizations. I take pride in bringing a personal touch to the recruiting function while maintaining a keen focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, traveling, and playing golf. I'm also a big fan of hunting for the best cold brew coffee or sitting down with a great book.
