Hi, I’m Alaysha! I’m a Health Information Science student living in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. I am a fan of running, fitness, and yoga. I have been long-distance running my whole life, and continue to pursue it as a hobby. After competing in provincials in high school to attempting to compete in university, running has been a major influence in my life. After recently coming back from an injury, I am recovering and working on pushing myself to reach my running personal bests.
